UW Electrophysiologist: Director of Lead Extraction
This position will have clinical responsibilities including:
4 days of clinical duties with 1 days of administrative time that may be adjusted based on research, teaching, or administrative opportunities
Clinical teaching and patient care responsibilities at UW Health approved locations including University Hospital, UnityPoint Health-Meriter Hospital and outreach clinics
Option for pursuit of basic, translational and/or clinical research including clinical trials and participation in cardiac registries.
Candidates will participate in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows along with committees that support the clinical and scholarly missions of UWSMPH
Qualifications:
MD or DO required; Specialization in Electrophysiology required
Board Certified in Cardiology required; Board certified /board eligible in Electrophysiology required
Eligible for Wisconsin Medical License
Full or Part Time: 80% - 100% Ongoing/Renewable
